LEGAL NOTICE Public notice is hereby given to: Robert P. Woodward whose last known address was 1375 Alcazar Ave., Ft. Myers, FL 33901 and whose address can not be ascertained that on January 19, 2021 the Treasurer of Richland County, Ohio filed a complaint in Case No. 21 CV 27R in the Richland County Court of Common Pleas, Mansfield, Ohio for the foreclosure of the lien for delinquent real estate taxes against real property located on Flowers Rd., Springfield Township, Ontario, Ohio. For the legal description of the parcel see Official Record Volume 571, Page 648. Robert P. Woodward may file an answer in this case setting forth any interest he has in this property. The answer must be filed in the office of the Richland County Clerk of Courts, and a copy must be served on the Richland County Prosecutor on or before April 7, 2021. If Robert P. Woodward fails to appear in this action and defend himself a Default Judgment will be taken against him for the relief demanded in the complaint. Stephen R.
