Pelham whose last known address was 253 Darby Dr., Lexington, OH 44904 that on June 16, 2021, the Richland County Treasurer filed a complaint in the Richland County Common Pleas Court, 50 Park Ave. E., Mansfield, OH 44902, in Case No. 21 CV 288N for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, and interest against certain real property.
