NOTICE OF PARTITION SALE In the Richland Co. Common Pleas Court, Case No. 2019 CV 0158, Lewis W. Breedlove v. Michael T. Montague, et al. Judgment has been rendered against certain parcels of real property in partition action pursuant to R.C. Chapter 5307. The Court Appointed Commissioner has made return that the property cannot be divided without loss of value pursuant to R.C. 5307.09. The Court has, therefore. order the property sold and proceeds divided. Such judgment orders such real property to be sold or otherwise disposed of according to law. Public notice is hereby given that the Richland Co. Sheriff will sell such real property at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least 2/3rds of the Commissioners just value of estate of $79,000.00, at the Richland County Fairgrounds, DIRECTLY AFTER THE SHERIFF SALE, on Friday, the 18th day of September, 2020. Payment in full is required at the time of sale. R.C. 2329.36 requires successful bidders to pay recording and conveyance fees to the Sheriff for Sales.
