NOTICE OF SALE FOR DELINQUENT LAND TAX In the Richland County Common Pleas Court, Case No. 2022CV578R, Bart W. Hamilton, Richland County Treasurer vs. Brian Forbes. Judgment has been rendered against certain parcels of real property for taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, interest, and costs as follows: PPN(s): 025-09-038-15-000 and 025-09-038-16-000; Street Address: Stewart Rdoad, Mansfield, OH and Stewart Road, Mansfield, OH;; The parcel's complete legal description may be obtained by reference to the deed recorded in Vol. 1573, Pg. 352, of the official land records located at the Richland County Recorder's Office: The last owner of the parcel's name and address: Brian Forbes, 372 Champion Rd., Mansfield, OH 44905; The estimated total amount of the judgment: $8,943.18. Such judgment orders such real property to be sold or otherwise disposed of according to law by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of such judgment; Public notice is hereby given that the Richland County Sheriff will either dispose of such property according to law or sell such real property at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least $8,943.18, at 10:00 a.m., at the Richland County Sheriff's Office, 597 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, OH 44905, on Friday the 2nd of June, 2023. If the parcel does not receive a sufficient bid or is not otherwise disposed of according to law, it may be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place on Friday, the 16th day of June, 2023, for an amount that equals the same minimum purchase price as in the first sale.
