Fifth St., Mansfield, OH 44903; 261 W. Fifth St., Mansfield, OH 44903; 267 W. Fifth St., Mansfield, OH 44903 The parcel's complete legal description may be obtained by reference to the deed recorded in Vol. 1630, Pg.886 and Vol. 1870, Pg. 127 of the official land records located at the Richland Co. Recorder's Office; The last owner of the parcel's name and address: Stephen Letang and Terri Letang, 259 W. Fifth St., Mansfield, OH 44903; The estimated total amount of the judgment: $33,091.05. Such judgment orders such real property to be sold or otherwise disposed of according to law by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of such judgment; Public notice is hereby given that the Richland Co. Sheriff will either dispose of such property according to law or sell such real property at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least $33,091.05 at 10:00 A.M., at the Richland Co. Sheriffs Office, 597 Park Ave. East, Mansfield, OH 44905, on Friday, the 28th day of January, 2022.
