NOTICE OF SALE FOR DELINQUENT LAND TAXES In the Common Pleas Court of Richland County, Ohio Case No. 20 CV 365N Plaintiff Bart W. Hamilton, Treasurer vs Defendant: Corey Remington, Trustee of the Smith Family Land Trust, 1st Avenue Under Trust dated November 29, 2005. Whereas judgment has been rendered and Order of Sale issued against a parcel of real property: Permanent Parcel Number 027-05-040-17-000 (294 First Ave., Mansfield). The complete legal description of the parcel may be obtained by reference to the deed recorded in Volume 1648, Page 835 in the Richland County Recorder's Office. The last known owners of the parcel as shown on the general tax list: Corey Remington, Trustee of the Smith Family Land Trust, 1st Avenue Under Trust dated November 29, 2005. Whereas, such judgment orders such real property to be sold or otherwise disposed of according to law to satisfy the total amount of such judgment; Public notice is hereby given that J. Steve Sheldon, Sheriff of Richland County, Ohio, will sell such real property at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equal at least the sum of $2,538.25 for permanent parcel number 027-05-040-17-000 at 10:00 A.M., at the Richland County Fairgrounds, 750 N. Home Rd., Mansfield, 44905, on Friday, the 8th day of January, 2021. If the parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it may be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place on Friday, the 22nd day of January, 2021.
