Please be advised that the Shelby Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for an variance filed by Riverview Estates Condominium Association concerning a proposed new duplex at 15-17 River Bend Drive in the City of Shelby. The required setback for the new duplex is 30' from the rear property line. The plans indicate a 23'4"' setback after construction. This hearing will be held at City Hall Meeting Room, 5 Water Street at 4:30 on October 27, 2020. Public comment is welcomed at the hearing or interested parties may send comments to Brian Crum, Director of Finance and Public Record, 43 West Main Street, Shelby, OH 44875.
