Joann Hoffman, Benjamin Hoffman, et. al., Defendant In pursuant of an Order of Sale issued in the above entitled action, I will Offer for sale at Public Auction, at the Richland County Fairgrounds, 750 N. Home Rd., on the 8th day of January, 2021 at 10:00 o'clock A.M. If the property does not receive a bid, it shall be offered for sale on the 22nd day of January, 2021. The second sale shall be made without regard to minimum bid requirements in ORC 2329.20, but the purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances, and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. The following described real estate, situated in the County of Richland, and State of Ohio, and in the Village of Lexington to wit: PPN# 048-27-099-17-000 For Description of Property See Official Record in Recorder's Office, Volume 20, Page 6 and 7 Said Premises Located at 80 Essex Circle, Mansfield. Said Premises appraised at $115,000.00. Shall not be offered for less than two-thirds of the appraised value. TERMS OF SALE If the appraised value of the property is less than or equal to $10,000.00 the deposit is $2,000.00. If the appraised value of the property is between $10,001.00 or $200,000.00 the deposit is $5,000.00. If the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 the deposit is $10,000.00. J.
