Many church buildings have been closed since March.

At a briefing on Monday in Columbus, Ohio Lt. Gov. Jon Husted said that the state never closed churches as part of coronavirus-related government orders

Many churches and other places of worship did, however, close their buildings and moved services online or to vehicles in parking lots, for example to prevent spread of coronavirus.

Churches around Ohio are now making plans to reopen their buildings and put social distancing and other protocols in place.

Worshippers can check with their individual churches for specifics. Many details are being posted on church websites and their Facebook pages for members and others to view.
