Shelby High School teacher, Nicole Harpster, has requested funding from SHS Alumni Association to purchase young adult books to be used for independent reading projects in her English class. Also, Ruth Watts requested funding for graphing calculators for the Probability and Statistics classes she teaches at SHS. The SHS Alumni Association is dedicated to fundraising to generate mini-grants for SHS teachers to enhance and enrich student learning. To date, it has given over $280,590 to SHS.
