Storm brings more snow to Shelby

Snow is cleared from the driveway of a Shelby home on Thursday, Feb. 18. Another storm had moved through the area earlier in the day with projections of 1 to 3 inches of snow.

The storm prompted a Level 1 snow emergency in Richland County, Shelby police reported.

A Level 1 Snow Emergency, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation, means: "Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads may also be icy. Drive carefully."
