Wednesday morning, city and county officials held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Shelby Marketplace IGA, formerly known as Cornell's IGA Supercenter. Manager Gary Crawford believes that the IGA is a Shelby staple and should remain that way.
Future plans include a suggestion form for customers, an expanded restaurant menu, fresh daily donuts, a new pizza shop, remodeled restaurant, food pickup & delivery plus weekly specials on groceries.
